3.語法:
The Past Indefinite Tense 一般過去時(shí)
本單元只介紹了一般過去時(shí)的be動(dòng)詞和do的變化。
am/is---was are---were
do--did
一般過去時(shí)表示過去發(fā)生的動(dòng)作或存在的狀態(tài)，經(jīng)常與一些表過去的時(shí)間狀語搭配，如： yesterday, last week, last October, ago,etc. 其句型結(jié)構(gòu)與一般現(xiàn)在是完全相同。
教學(xué)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn):
1.everyone
everyone/everybody, everything 都有全體的意思，但是在使用時(shí)以單數(shù)對(duì)待。如：
Everyone/everybody likes watching TV in our class. 在我們班， 大家都喜歡看電視。
Everything grows fast in spring. 在春天，萬物都生長的很快。
2.be away
be away =be absent=not here
3. I’m sorry to hear that.
這是一句禮貌用語，適宜在聽到別人生病或有不幸的事情發(fā)生的時(shí)候使用。如：
-He broke his legs yesterday in an accident.
-Oh, I’m sorry to hear that.
-他昨天在一場(chǎng)車禍中斷了腿。
-我聽到這個(gè)消息很難過。
4.had better
You’d better finish the work today. =You had better….
had better 后直接加動(dòng)詞原形。譯成“最好做某事”; 否定形式為：
had better not 后加動(dòng)詞原形。譯成“最好不做某事”如：
He is ill. You’d better take him to hospital. He’d better not go to school.
他生病了。 你最好帶他去醫(yī)院。他最好不去上學(xué)了。
It’s cold outside. You’d better put on more clothes.
外面很冷， 你最好多穿點(diǎn)衣服。
5. What did you have for breakfast?
0句中有did時(shí)， 后面的動(dòng)詞為原形，如本句中的have 。
另如：
What did she have for supper yesterday?她昨天晚飯吃了什么？
--Did he have porridge for lunch? 他午飯吃了粥嗎？
--No, he didn’t. 不， 沒有。
1have…for (breakfast, lunch, supper) 早，午，晚餐吃的什么
6. 語音：
字母組合th的發(fā)音大部分需要死記硬背，這也是學(xué)語言很必要的工作。
注意，字母n 在[k ]音前，包括c和k 等，發(fā)音同ng.

四、閱讀理解
Jack’s family live in New York. He takes some Chinese lessons at his school and he is very interested in China. He thinks that China is so far from his country and is so different. He always wonders how the Chinese people live every day. Do they live the same life as his?
Last month he came to Beijing with his friends. He saw many Chinese people in the streets. They were very kind and smiling to him. So he often tried to ask them some questions in Chinese. “Excuse me, what’s this in Chinese?” or “Excuse me, can you show me the way to the nearest bus stop?” Most people answered him kindly.
