　　請(qǐng)假條(written request for leave)是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者必須掌握的常用應(yīng)用文之一，它包括請(qǐng)病假(note for sick leave)和請(qǐng)事假(leave of absence)。請(qǐng)假條是用于向老師或上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等因身體狀況不好或因某事請(qǐng)求準(zhǔn)假的場(chǎng)合。

　　英文請(qǐng)假條寫作需注意三點(diǎn)：

　　比較正式的商務(wù)型假條

　　首先，假條的上方還是應(yīng)該按照半正式的格式寫上如下信息： to：假條是遞給誰(shuí)的 from：請(qǐng)假人

　　date：寫假條的日期(注意不是請(qǐng)假的日期) subject：寫上請(qǐng)假字樣(事假或病假)

　　其次，在您的請(qǐng)假信第一段，應(yīng)該開門見山但是有禮貌地提出請(qǐng)假。第一段要中心明確，寫清您要請(qǐng)假的日期。

　　然后，在假條的第二段，您應(yīng)該簡(jiǎn)單明了陳述請(qǐng)假的原因事由。注意敘述清楚明白，并盡可能表示對(duì)此帶來工作不便的歉意。
